How big are each cookie?

Each mini boy weighs between 35g-45g.

Each classic and loaded boy weighs between 170g-210g depending on filling and topping.

How long do your cookies last?

Our cookies last up to 10 days from when you receive them when stored correctly in an airtight container out of the sun. They can also be stored frozen for up to 3 months.

How do I serve my cookies?

We recommend heating your cookies in a microwave for 20-30 seconds or in the oven for 8 minutes at 180 degrees before serving. We also suggest you add a scoop or two of your favourite ice cream for the ultimate Big Boy experience!

How are the cookies packaged?

Each cookie is sealed in a bag and carefully placed in a box to maintain maximum freshness. Inside each box you'll find heating instructions and any other information you'll need.

Do you offer gluten free and vegan options?

Unfortunately, not at this stage, as we're still finding our feet. It's definitely in our plans for the future, so stay tuned!

I have allergies! Can I eat your cookies?

All cookies contain or may contain traces of gluten, dairy, egg and nuts. There is a brief description of ingredients on each individual cookie profile. Some cookies may be nut free, but they are processed in a facility that may be exposed to nuts. Eat at your own risk.

Are your cookies Halal friendly?

All our cookies are halal friendly (not certified) EXCEPT for Peppermint Choc and Bubblegum

What are your shipping options?

Local Delivery: $4.95 for Berwick and surrounding suburbs within a 12km radius. Automatically calculates at checkout. 1-3 business days. (Min. $20 spend)

Standard Shipping: $12.95 for 2-8 business day delivery Australia wide.

Express Shipping: $18.95 for 1-4 business day delivery Australia wide.

Free Shipping: 2-8 business day delivery on all orders over $100 Australia wide.

Please allow 1-2 business days before your order is sent out for delivery or postage as we bake your order fresh!

Business days: Monday - Friday (Not including public holidays)

Do you offer refunds?

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item/s must be one of the following:

- Damaged on arrival beyond normal transit wear and tear

- Item/s received differ from item/s ordered

If any of the above apply to your order, please email your refund request to bigboycookies.au@gmail.com with photos attached. We will do our best to resolve any issues and may offer a partial or full refund. Our customers are very important to us.

Can I pick up my order from your kitchen?

Unfortunately, we don't offer pick up as we're currently only an online business. We aim on working hard towards opening a physical retail store in the future. Make sure to subscribe to our emails below so you're the first to know!
