Because your group collects supporter orders before submitting the final Big Boy Cookies order, you don't need to guess quantities or be left with boxes you couldn't sell.
After your campaign closes, send your consolidated final quantities directly to Big Boy Cookies. We then issue an invoice to your organisation or accept payment in-store. Once payment is received, we bake only the confirmed order fresh. Your organisation collects the boxes from Beaconsfield when production is complete and the order is ready.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Schools, sporting clubs, charities, non-profits, churches, faith groups, community organisations, clubs, associations and other eligible fundraising groups can apply. Applications are reviewed by Big Boy Cookies.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
20 fundraising boxes in total. The 20 boxes can be any combination of the four available fundraising box options.
HOW MUCH DOES OUR GROUP MAKE?
You pay $24 per 4-cookie box. Sell them for $31 and keep $7 from every box sold. All prices include GST.
DO WE HAVE TO BUY STOCK UPFRONT?
No. Supporter orders are collected first. Your organisation sends Big Boy Cookies the final quantities after the fundraising period has finished, so you do not need to purchase speculative stock.
WHAT HAPPENS TO UNSOLD BOXES?
The program is designed to avoid unsold stock. Big Boy Cookies only bakes the quantities included in your organisation's final submitted order.
CAN WE CHOOSE DIFFERENT COOKIE FLAVOURS?
The fundraising program uses four preset box combinations to keep ordering and production simple.

No. Big Boy Cookies bakes the fundraiser order after the fundraising period closes, the final quantities are submitted directly to Big Boy Cookies and your invoice is paid or payment is received in-store.
HOW DO WE RECEIVE OUR ORDER?
The completed fundraising order is collected from Big Boy Cookies in Beaconsfield after the cookies have been baked and the order is ready. Pickup is from 1/114–120 Old Princes Hwy, Beaconsfield VIC 3807. Your organisation collects the complete order and distributes the boxes to supporters.
CAN FUNDRAISING ORDERS BE SHIPPED?
No. The current fundraising program is pickup from the Beaconsfield store.
HOW DO WE KEEP TRACK OF ORDERS?
Approved organisations receive Big Boy Cookies fundraising documents to help collect supporter orders and collate the final quantities of each box option.
